I had hired a car with the supplier on the 12/12/2012 until the 18/12/2012. Upon entering the premises to have the car parked, there was some blockage in the parkway so one of the drivers offered to park the car. I had asked if there was anything else I needed to do and was advised no. About 15 minutes later I received a call stating that I had scratched the drivers door, of which I stated, to knowledge I was not aware that this was the case. The guy I spoke to advised that I needed to complete a claim form even though I'm disputing the fact.
The following day I received the forms which now reflected a scratched door and the right backside, which was not mentioned telephonically, I immediatley called up the branch and advised I wanted to see the car - I was standing there for 20 minutes with no one knowing where the car was as it was 'recalled' from going to the panel beater. I was then promised communication with regard to this but instead received an invoice a month later on the 29/01/2013, and again called in to dispute this. This time I received the panel beaters report which reported a scratch on the door and the bonnet. WHY ALL THESE DISCREPENCIES.???
DISGUSTED!
