Service not what it should be

After always telling my friends how reliable my Lexus is, the alternator failed at 120000km. It was towed to Lexus Constantia but no contact was received until I called them the next day. Waited 2 more days to get a quote with me again making numerous calls to the service department. Then alternator had to be imported from Japan. First date that was stated has come and gone, now they say to wait another week. Requested a courtesy car but nothing yet. Very disappointing service compared to what we got in previous years.
