I serviced my car and noticed some problems still to be rectified a week after, so I logged a query on the dealers website. The dealer contact from the website called back after a business day and gave me options to resolve the problem.
I'm sure the contact's name was Michael Grobler and the service advisor was Anne.
I must say that this experience has instilled confindence in the Lexus brand which other dealers like BMW and VW fail to live up to. I would definitely drive out of my way to have my car serviced at Constantia Lexus.
