Dont know anymore - HELP

My mom's the proud owner of a Hyundai Atos Prime. She had no problem until last year when suddenly her car started giving problems: it would start some mornings but when she get to her destination it would not start again. She had to leave the car sometimes over-night and then it would start again. Sometimes people would help her to push the car and then it would start. She is a pensioner and does not need this. She took the car in for it's 75000 km service in Dec 2012 and asked them to check what is going on. They came back & said noting's wrong. After that services Hyundai came out about 3x because of this but never got the problem. In Jan 2013 she took the car in again, again with no luck. She then said to them the car will stay there until the get the problem. They phoned the one day & said nothing's wrong but phoned again the next day saying that they think they should bypass the alarm. She got the car back and it did not have any problem. BUT a week ago a new problem appeared, her car now does not what not unlock and when it eventually does, she cant lock it. This has been going on too long, she cant keep paying for nothing. Now she has no alarm or a car that can lock!
