Failure to address customer query on non-delivery

I ordered new car remotes (worth about R3000.00) on 31 Dec 2010 which were never delivered to me despite phoning and visiting the dealership several times. I furnished them with a copy of the invoice/job card (WIP 14698, Job #2741 - 31 December 2010. In all my visits i was promised that someone would come back to me but this has not happened up to now. My last contact was Graham de Villiers who also has not helped the situation. I need this resolved urgently.
