I bought a brand new Fiat 500 from the Arnold Chatz dealership in Sandton about 4 months ago. I am very happy with my car, but the front window doesn't seal properly and this results in a constant whistling sound in my ears. I called the dealership the day after I received the car and Justin told me not to worry to just bring it in let him check it. I took it that same afternoon and he drove it for a bit and confirmed the sound. They checked and said not to worry that it was only the rubber that needed replacing, he'll order it for me and let me know when it is there. It is now, as I've said 4 months later, and he hasn't called me once. I've followed up and every time he has a different excuse. They were out of stock, sorry he's been sick... etc. i think 4 months is way too long to wait for something like that.
Also I'm still waiting on my contract papers that he also promised to send through to me via e-mail.
