Hyundai Unable to Provide Basic Service

We purchased a Hyundai Getz from Hyundai Roodepoort on the 14th December 2012, for which Gareth Mccarthy promised the car would be registered in 3 -4 working days. To date the car has still not been registered with the 2nd temporary license that was issued due to expire 10 Feb 2013. The service we have received and the level of knowledge around the registration of this vehicle has been shocking to say the least. They promise to call us back but NEVER have they returned a call. I would not recomend this dealer as the level of service and professionalism of this establishment is highly questionable, as no-one seems to be able to register the vehicle.
