Ad after sales service

This now the third time a similar incident has taken place. my car (which i paid Cash for 12 months ago) was taken in for a service and an oil leak to be attended to. i am a father and work for myself, this is the only vehicle i have as a means to conduct my daily business. it went in on the 11th and i was told i could fetch it today the 12th. i have been contacted only to be told that the wrong part has been ordered and that it will be finished possibly by thursday the 14th. i since contacted thier client service manager who was totally disinterested and provided no help in this matter at all only that he will get back to me i am still waiting...

considering the last incident, i would have thought that they would have made an effort to make this an easy transition and provide me with better service. no courtesy car for wasting my time no offer of anything to make me feel that i spent worthwhile money purchasing a Ford.
