We used the company to move our household from apartment to storage and from storage to our new home. Some of the items (replacement value of R1, 000) was not delivered. The storage company claims that all items were signed out by the movers. We queried with the movers, but they have not up to date gave any feedback. They also asked for upfront payment to deliver our furniture and now they just ignore our queries. Very bad service, please think twice before you use this service or pay upfront, it will cost you more than just the move.
