I took my vehicle to have the wheels balanced and alligned because of a vibration on the steering wheel. After they balance and alligned i noticed there was still a vibration and took the vehicle back to the dealership that i purchased it from earlier in the month. They then took it for a test drive and the took it to Jody's Hi-q in Randburg who showed me the problem. All the rims appeared to be buckled and two tyres had huge cuts on the tyre wall. I took it back to Midrand Hi-Q to ask how such a problem cuold have gone undetected but they didn't seem to give a and said that i was responsible. Very bad service and bad attitude.
