I almost expect no assistance or resolution from a Branch but Hyundai Customer Services is an absolute joke! I have 2 separate issues with Customer Services but for the sake of simplicity I'm listing one.
9th Jan my car went for a service and my Radio and Clock were loosing power every few days. I would switch on my car and the clock would show 12:00 and all saved Radio stations were gone! They couldn't find any problems so they "had ordered a new Clock (which made no sense to me as the Clock and radio were one unit)" and would call me next week to come and have it sorted out!
2 calls to dealership, 4 calls to Customer Services, an online complaint email to Customer services and not a call or email. Next week I start legal proceedings.
