Excellent customer service

I have been making use of Grayston BP for about four years now and I wish that all businesses in South Africa would take a leaf from their book. Staff are friendly, greet you with a smile in the rain or heat whether it is six in the morning or late at night. I never have to ask for my water to be checke tyres to be pumped or windscreen to be cleaned. It is such a pleasure to give my business to this petrol station. I always leave knowing my car has been checked carefully. I know all attendants by name and have never had bad service here. A very rare occurrence to receive such excellent service most companies have forgotten about the " customer" in the phrase customer service.
