I need urgent feedback, Tired of calling them

I am tired now and have ran out of ideas on how to sort this out, here is my story. The insurance hired a car for me in december as a courtesy car after i had an accident through Avis car rental Brakpan, the car was booked for 15 days, but then I extended the days and they billed me for the extra 5 days which I didnt have a problem with that, I had a little accident at da mall parking, whereby the car got scratched a bit, i was a small dent which was not even noticeable but they charged me R3079 access to fix that, they made an invoice for me and kept my deposit, I also paid R850 upfront. They told me theyll do another invoice for me once they have taken the car to the panel beaters for a qoutation then if they fix the car for less than the access amount that I have been charged then they will revise the invoice and ill only pay that amount, I called them 100 times following up on that, eventually they sent me the qoute and it was only R2289, Now Im waiting for the revised invoice and no one is coming back to me, I know ill be charged interest for the late payment which is not my fault, Im so frustrated cause everyone keeps on refering me to the next person, ref no 729081301, ID no 8610110227087.
