Do not get "" with Big Boy Randburg

After I've been send to pillar and post trying to buy shocks for a T32 scooter due to stock shortages at head office I was advised by who I believe at that stage (3 weeks ago) to be the owner of BigBoy Rabie Street, to bring in the shocks for a manual repair. I took the shocks in today and Bonine approached me. I told her that I was told by the owner to bring in the shocks to be fixed. She said that she has not ordered anything and that she is the owner. I explained to her that head office did not have stock. She told me that there have been a merge 3 weeks ago at head office and that they may have stock now. I did not believe her as shock is model specific and asked to check if they can repair it. She took it to the back and came back almost immediately and told me that they cannot fix it and that I must buy new ones. She then said for no reason that I'm and that she are not going to help me. Unbelievable - Firstly I cannot believe that BigBoy have a dealership with such bad customer service. Please anyone reading this - Do not support BigBoy Randburg. Also seriously consider other options before buying a BigBoy as you will have endless problems in getting spares for it.
