Recently bought goods from company in Cape town. Parcel sent via "fast"way to Pretoria.
This was done on 6 February 2013. According to sender he selected the 48hr service. Ive contacted "fast"way customer care in Pretoria. This was of no help.
I want to know where my package is and why the delay. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Coming up to 72 hours now and nothing from them. No reply on their online querie form. This place is useless. Even Speed services is much bete
