I was very interested in buying a vehicle from this "used car lot". I phoned up the morning and spoke to someone about the car I was interested in. The person sounded very knowledgeable and friendly. But when I got there later the afternoon to buy the vehicle, was met by John. A more unprofessional and unwellcomming person I have yet to meet. He had the attitude of "take it or leave it" and gave me the impression that I was wasting his time. Other than that he doesnt have a clue about the consumer protection act and has 110 stories why he doesnt honour it. Fact is, no matter what you say or do, you have to give 6months warranty.
I have various diplomas in business management and marketing. Have been running a successful business for 28 years. The way John treats me as a customer is a disgrace to sales people out there.
This was a done deal. Even if he kept his mouth shut and attitude aside I would have bought the car. But this must be the 1st time a salesperson has "talked himself right out of a sale".
