I took my Hyundai in for the radio that has a problem, this was in December 2012, the technician told me to bring it back in January 2013, what I did, he sent it away on the 7th January 2013, it is still not back after a month, this is very poor service. My air- pump is packed up and I took it in for repairs, again they did not have spares, and said that they need to order a pump and it will take 2 days to get it, it is now 3 weeks and still they did not get the spares, and now is telling me that they do not know when the spares will be delivered, in the meantime my cars air- pump is noisy and it will damage the other pulley bearings, this is not the first time that this is happened that they do not have stock, it seems like Hyundai is always out of stock.
