My Whirlpool dishwasher was repaired by Bergens in Sept 2012. They replaced the water pump at a cost of R855. It packed in again in January 2013 and Bergens said they would have to replace the water pump. I asked about the warranty as it was only 4 months since they last replaced. They said their warranty was only 3 months and I would have to pay. I was most unhappy as the new bill was R1355. They were not in the least bit sympathetic and in fact were quite arrogant. They returned the old pump at my request which looks very old.
I would like to warn future clients that there is no fair deal at Bergens Fourways.
