Non service

I had 5 parcels couriered from UK... unfortunately via UPS... the NON existent service was a joke... rachel forgot to read my email re contents of parcel, did not process, NO ONE returned calls... it took me TEN days to track down adn get my parcel cleared... for a couriered parcel 14 days in TOTAL

on monday this week my next batch arrived..it is now THURSDAY and iI just got off the phone with Rachel..nothing has been done as yet!!!
