In December of 2012 i went on Holiday to Graskop Area before i left home my 320D BMW my vehicle upon start up showed i had 2500 Km to next service when i arrived at my destination the following day the computer went red and said the vehicle requires a service i then immediately booked a service at BMW East view Branch in Nelspriut which were the closest at the time on arrival at east view the lady informed me that i still have 1900 km left to the next service why do i want to service i informed her that the computer is showing red service required she then informed in that case the service must be done which was then done however when i got the vehicle back on start up it know showed i have 16000.00 km to the next service My question is what happened to the 900km i feel i am being short changed on my Motorplan they did a diagnostic check and found nothing wrong how can this be possible as i am still short of 900 km how many other customers get caught the same way this is unexceptable
