Im herby placing a complaint of a driver's patient whose so rude,
Summary of the story
My dad has an ear problem, i diverted his calls to my phone because he doesnt hear well. Today this afternoon the patient driver "Lady" called only to find out that my dad doesnt hear his phone so i manged to pick up the phone because it been diverted,. The lady told me that i should take my dad to the hospital on my own because i divert my dads phone iv been trying to explain to a lady that my dad has an ear problem thats the reason why i diverted his calls but the lady continued been rude and hang up the phone for me, i kept on calling she never picked up and she refused to give me her name
