Lack of Feedback/ Response

It has been 2month now and still I have not received any feedback from Margaret from OK Furniture's Eldorado Park, regarding my compensation due to bad service that I received OK and Defy with regards to my washing machine. 2month ago my machine was repaired by a Defy technician, but this was only done after 4weeks of waiting a part that was delayed in delivery. If I had not contacted Margaret from the OK Branch, I would not have known about the delay or process of the repair, as no-one gave me any feedback. When I spoke to Margaret and asked to be compensated she said that she would speak to Defy and she is not able to make any such call, however 2month later still no feedback or response from either Margaret at OK or Defy.
