I recently serviced my vehicle at Halfway Toyota Ottery on 12 December 2022. When i fetched the vehicle, i was told all is well and vehicle is in good condition. I discovered today that i have a leak coming from the bottom and have tried to contact them since 15:30 pm to tell them that i am bringing my vehicle in to see what the issue is as this is the first time that the vehicle has ever had a leak. i am so angry because i have been calling since 15:30 till 17:10, but at no avail. their business time says they are open from 08:00 till 17:30. There is not 1 department that answered the call. Now i have to wait till the next day to get hold of them. i am also still waiting for the super sales consultant to call me back. this is the worst after service from Toyota. i expected at least one person to answer the call.
