The bus no.221 from Cape Town to Johannesburg has broken down. Called the emergency number and the lady informed me to call after 8h00.The attitude is stinking and arrogant. She has no customer etiquette. All passengers are stuck in Beaufort West. There are sickly pensioners and children on board and no help coming. The bus broke down at 5h00am. The company has no respect of its clients. The CEO has guts to complain to courts/parliament when not happy, however clients are not well treated. Disgusting. The bus is not roadworks. How dare they risk with passenger's safety and lives.
