Terrible Service - they don't deliver

I purchased a VW Tsi 2021 model, firstly no VW original mats, no VW car disc holder, no service book, no spare key, no VW key holder, everything is written Olgar;s Auto.
Secondly I bought the car on the 5/6 august 2022, it was the first time buying a use car.
There was no full inspection done in and out, no test driving, they process all the finance documents and a contract.
After a couple of days when my partner was washing the car, he notice the visible scratch in front, he walked around the car and he noticed some of the scratches in the body, tiny scratches, but no one notify or made us aware or showed us these scratches... we went next to the car on the first day, but no one said anything.
I went back after 2 weeks hence i was sick, I wanted to change the change the car with Tiguan,
But they tried to play with figures so that I dont change the car, I am logging a grievance because no one i willing to help.
My car as of today it doesnt have a licensing disc and number number plates, Boikanyo is not willing to help... i went to the traffic departmentwith my petrol and time for 2 days and they said Olgar should do the process, its the first time buying the car there but its a nightmare.
I don't want POLO Tsi Comfortline, I want Top of the range Tiguan
