City to city is not proffessional as they do not keep the time they promised their commuters. I booked a ticket to nelspruit for friday morning on Wednesday saying the bus will leave JHB at 9 but even now we still standing at the terminus no bus is here to pick us up. This is unproffessional for such a big company.
