On the 23 Oct, I collected a car from the dealer through ABSA finance, the car was faulty and I reported the fautly immediately and the dealer acknowledged the faulty and insist that I must drive, I car got stucked within 3 days 9f purchase and I returned the car because it was still within miminum period fire return and within warranty.
I reported to ABSA Consultant Ms Bernice Nel and she quickly liaise with car dealer to cook a story so I can be reliable for demage. When I excalated the matter, I only see emails where they cook stories behind my back.
They both facing me to take damaged car because the dealer already used the money the absa paid them.
