I phoned yesterday morning 29/07/2020 about my package from East London, the lady told me to phone the next morning 30/07/2020 as they only do delivering on Tuesdays and Thursdays to Randfontein which i did. The lady who helped said my package is loaded on the truck but she will contact me back and took my details and she never phoned me back. I phoned again and the gentle man who helped me said he will phone the driver to find out where my package is and i was cut off. I phoned again and the other gentle man who answered the phone said that customer care people are already gone home and i must phone tomorrow morning 31/07/2020. I will never in my life do business with Bigfoot freight company. I need to deliver my client's vehicle and now i can't due to their BAD SERVICE!!!
