In most cases, a vehicle brand's product is let down by its after-sale care. I've recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Rivonia and the overall experience was (and still is) world-class.
Bradley Mader, Melanie Koen and Dean Nicolaou's work ethic and customer-centric approach may have corrected the frustration and bad experiences I've endured at the hands of the motor industry (in general) in prior years.
