Nov 2013 an Avis employee failed to stop at the out of order robots and crashed into my car as a result my vehicle was a write off. I went to their office personally made endless calls but they never came back to me until I had to appoint lawyers to assist me. To date I still have no solid response I was told the driver denied being at fault but I have all supporting documents including witness statement from the other driver that was also affected instead of AVIS (Lee Stone) giving me feedback they come with different stories every week. This has affected me and my family so bad that I had to leave my partner and kids in PTA to stay in JHB because of work. I was yesterday that I had to take steps myself to find out what's really happening after been told of next week Wednesday because their driver is on leave WHICH IS A HE'S AT WORK AS I WRITE THIS and to my shock the driver was told the amount that needs to be paid for my car and WAS MADE TO PAY AN ACCESS FEE BUT I AM STILL SITTING HERE WITH NO FEEDBACK OR A CAR USING TAXIS AND PAYING AN INSTALLMENT MONTHLY. YOU FORGET THAT I HAVE THE DRIVER'S DETAILS FROM THE AR AND I CONTACTED HIM DIRECTLY TO KNOW ALL THIS NOW!!!
