On the 2nd of February my boyfriend and I dropped off his car at the Engen for the car wash. On Monday morning we noticed that 5 pairs of gunboats where from the car. We both didn't have time to go there. So today I decided to go speak to the manager. I was given the owner/manager's cellphone number. I call him and his name is Lawrence. The first thing I tell him what happened. Then he said to me " you are lying. My people will never do that. You can call anyone at Engen or do what ever the f... you want to do because that will never happen at my shop" Then he put the phone down in my ear. I didn't call him back or nothing.
What I want to know is how the does Lawrence speak to me as a customer like that?!!! I will never, ever go back to that garage!!
