Called to book. It was stated that I need to wait 20mins. 45 minutes later..stil nothing. Apologies an hour later..still no cab. I shall NEVER use this company again as they have no concept of time, they dont respect the customers. I would rather crawl on all 4s in knee deep lava before I ask them for anthing.
