Customer service should be imperative

Hi Tammy, you seem to have forgotten our meeting yesterday when you were supposed to meet me at work to test drive the Kia Sportage and value my Polo for trade in purposes. I didn't receive any message from you nor any explanation as to why you simply did not show up for the meeting. I diarised your meeting in order to ensure that I am available. My time is valuable but clearly not to you.

It is clear that Kia is not bothered about future business. I am a potential customer who actually was hoping to make a purchase by the end of January. It has taken Kia more than 2 weeks to arrange a test drive. You (and I mean you and Kia together) clearly do not have any inkling as to customer service.

Thank you for the brochure but I will no longer require your services. I deserve better customer service than this and I will get it at a place that values me as a customer and my business.
