I hired a car with First Car Rental on 2 Jan - firstly they never returned my credit card when I paid R 3000. When I tried to call they put me on hold for half an hour when I complained the person that answered the phoen said she's in a different building and she cant help me. I was so frustrated I called the bank and cancelled my card. Only to find out today when my statement came that they debited my account again on the 6th Jan for another R3000!! THis is plain and simple using the card you never returned to me. I also never got my refund from you. The car was returned in the same condition and still 2 weeks later no refund yet you double charged me.
I've laid a dispute query with the bank but I expect a response before I take this further!!! It is unacceptable!! Y
