R792 Valet?

I returned my car to George airport on 3 January and agreed with the young man who checked it that it did need a valet. After waiting 16 days to get the deposit refunded (following numerous phone calls to the finance department) I discovered that I have been billed R792 for a valet. This is ridiculous - event the best valets in JHB are around the R400 mark.

I phoned customer care and was told that this would be dealt with - i am STILL waiting. I have emailed the branch manager Edana requesting an explanation as well as an invoice from the valet company - no response.

Please be advised this amount was simply deducted off my credit card, had i not checked I would never have realised how you are ripping off your customers. I still expect a full explanation as well as proof of invoice for the valet service!
