Driving with a permit for 3 months

Hi all i bought a vehicle last year November from Audi Northcliff on Beyers Naude and i am still in shock from the service recieved they gave me the car with no books whatsoever

i have also been drivinf the car for the past 3 months with no licence plates and knowone informs or lets me know about this problem i have to keep calling Brian and still nothing happens at all i have been waiting on him for weeks i keep calling ad all i get is a sorry, i have also spoken to a few other sales people and have asked to get to the dealer principle but it never happens
