My car broke down on Bucchleuch on the N1 South this morning. I called the AA for assistance. The call centre lady was very efficient and professional. She told me that it would take approximately 75 minutes for someone to assist me. Takalani was with me after 15 minutes. It was just the accelerator cable that came lose. Takalani fastened it again and of I went. I want to say thank you to both of them as well as the AA for this wonderful service which makes me feel much safer on the roads. WELL DONE!!!
