This morning my boyfriend requested to purchase a Telkom Mobile data voucher for his iPad and the teller issued a R150 landline voucher instead. I spoke to the manager and everyone has refused to take responsibility for this. We are now sitting with the loss of the money. The teller had the cheek to accuse us of not requesting the correct thing and began to raise her voice straight at me saying it's not her fault. Now I must wait for the owner of the store to phone me on Monday with a strict "no refund policy". Why should I as the customer be at a loss for the wrongs of the store???
