DAMAGED GOODS ON DELIVERY

New vehicle purchase with NUMEROUS defects from innitial delivery. Incomptant branch - Highway Nissan - sales man as well as management... sent only excuse after excuse as to why things were wrong and what they could NOT do about the problems. NO ONE took any responsibility for even attempting to assist with the LONG LONG List of faults and problems we experienced. As time passed we discovered more and more problems with the vehicle. The complaint has been passed on from one person to the next and the next, with NO ONE ACTUALLY doing a single thing to resolve this! I am disgusted and appauled by the "could not care attitude" of everyone I have come into contact with, not to mention the inefficiency and complete lack of proessionalism. This is impacting my business and I will not stand for this any longer! I am going to Comsumer Watch, Carte Blanch and all national press with my full story! ENOUGH!
