I had my vehicle recently serviced and Sue who was surrounded by customers tended to each customer with a smile and Nadeer so politely helped with customers servicing their vehicles. Midst of it all I was given a lift to my residence without a fuss.
Even a warranty claim was handled without my knowledge that something was wrong with my vehicle. YOHHH. Try beating that. Even dealerships that are in business for ages or should I say ancient. I have logged numerous complaints of bad service at dealerships.
