Disgraceful service and, yet again

In Nov 2013 I traded in my 2004 Beetle for a 2013 model.
This is a Demo model, and on day of collection, I was advised that the Natis (documents of ownership) would be delivered to me 3 days later.
Within the month after collecting my car, I phone aprox 6 times regarding this, to no avail. I have phoned again on 6 Jan, with promise of delivery on 7 Jan, still waiting. It is now 3 months and I am still without ownership documents.
Furthermore, I expressed my concern about a warning light regarding tire pressure more than once and was told not to worry, it just needs to reset. for safety's sake I check my tire pressure every time I refuel and noticed that the back right tire keeps being flat.
I discovered that this tire does in fact have a leakage and has been plugged/patched previously (the spare tire has also been used before).
No mention of this was made to me at all.
This is negligence, extremely dangerous, and quite frankly to sell damaged goods under the impression that everything is in tip-top condition.

Utterly disgusted and appalled at McCartjy VW Constantia's treatment of customers.
This branch is a big black smudge on the VW Brand's name!!
