On 28 December I sent extremely important documents by courier to Alexander Forbes in Jhb. These docs are still lying in PE a week later despite assurances by the post office they would be dleivered by the Tuesday. Why have a been charged R80 for such shoddy service??? I do not care that this is a busy time - that is no excuse for charging full fees and not delivering!!!
