Today was my very first Kia service on my brand new car. I decided to have my service done at the Paarden Eiland branch, thinking it would be convenient as I work in Pinelands. I arrived there at approximately 07:20 and was the second person there, much to my dismay the two people who came in after me were served first. Service Consultant told me that there will only be a shuttle to take me to work after 8:00 am, even though I distinctly remember confirming with the Receptionist that the shuttle will definitely drop me at work by 8:00. No effort was made by the Service Consultant who didn't even attempt to try and assist me! The people and the service I have received up until this point from this particular Kia dealership is always disappointing and I feel like just another average Joe who bought a Kia. When I initially wanted to buy a new car, I thought of Kia and when I began the process of purchasing the car through this dealership, all I got was a money hungry Manager who wanted her commission, once the papers were sigsigned I never heard from her again! There was no after sale service! I would have been happy with a bunch of flowers and a card!
