Excellent Service!

The team of people at the Kia Sandton branch provided a level of service that went beyond my expectations.

I visited the branch on numerous occasions in the past month and called just as many times in search of parts and advice for my vehicle that was getting fixed at another mechanic and each time I was very impressed at the excellent service and the staff behaviour starting at the receptionist, right through to the back invoicing office.

I feel like the staff really went the extra mile for me and they made me feel like their only client.

I especially want to express thanks to Shameem Mathews for his knowledge, patience, efficiency and excellence.
