I used this removal company as they were friendly and competitively priced. They collected a day early, and promised delivery two days later. After changing prices and me telling them the complex had stairs and needed a shuttle to get to the unit - they did not send this - TEN days later they arrive to deliver. Are wanting more money for items already negotiated and the furnitire has been in the rain and all wet. They made their carrier men walk 400 m to the fla with out the shuttle - said the insurance I have already paid for only included hijacking and collision. They demanded the money before they gave the goods and I have not been able to check and see that the goods are in decent condition. They have miscommunicated between me and their own people. They did not say they were subcontracting, they are rude and want to fight, deny they are wrong and I hope no body moved with them ever. Bad experience. Wet and damaged goods, no after sales service and a bad attitude - Hein and Clayton Coetzee of African Furniture removals and Riaan of Classis removals - bad on you.
