I made a appointment middle June for our Volvo to be serviced at Lazarus Centurion on 7 September 2013, after our vacation. I asked Roeloef if they serviced vehicles on Saturdays, he said yes then we agreed on the date to do the service. with shock we discovered that the business close down and no one contact us either on email or sms, we phoning around to see if one of the other branches of Volvo could help us with a service as our time for regular service have been reach and we explain but no luck no one could help us, and we are from Kathu in the Northern Cape, our nearest Volvo branch is in Bloemfontein and Pretoria (500 km away, now I have to make another trip to get my car service. we phoned Volvo customer services but they told me that everyone was send either a sms or email to said the branch in Centurion is closing down, I asked for proof that they have sent me an email or sms, but up today I have received no proof of any kind. I am deeply disappointed at Volvo customer service and the fact that they just cant or wont help us, what is more I have to pay extra for petrol and book at a guest house due to the fact of Volvo poor service, suddenly Roelof isn't working anymore.
