A parcel was to be delivered on the 23/12/2013 as a gift to someone. On the 24/12/2013 I phoned everyone involved to try and get information about my parcel. When phoning the national manager he brushed me of with a no worry attitude about the bad service and said phone the regional manager as they will know more than him. His attitude towards customers is reflecting in the service I received from MDS.
