Bad customer service

I have an insurance with Dial direct and they told me to take my car to AUTOMAGIC and they were calling at automatic asking me when am I bringing my car, so I went and drop off my car on the 18-12-2013 and I was told that I would have my car back on Friday 20-12-2013 no one call me or telling me what going on with my car I had to go there and I walked and when was there they told me that my car it not ready I than ask why was I told that my car would be ready on Friday but the floor manager said to me it will be up and running on the 21-12-2013 or someone will call me on that day but no one call me and I had to ask a friend to take me there, and when I was there my car was still not ready and that time I was so angry I wanted to talk to the manager this time, and she was so so so rude to me she didn't know how to talk to me and she was telling about her own problem about her car she taken for service and they told her it will be ready next week she went on and on and I told her I don't wants to fight with you all I want is my car ready if not I wouldn't mind using it like that and she told me I cannot have my car like that she not going to allow me to use my car.
