I have never been so angry in my life, went to Avis for i wanted to hire a vehicle (Obvious) asked them how the transaction will take place and got all my things in order. Problem NR1 on the day i came to pay and collect they told me the cars which i wanted to use cant be used, but the day before i was told by the same person it will be fine to use. problem NR2 the did a check on the account by taking R1 which i din't mind, but i was send to a travel agency that are linked to them, got to the agency but they wanted a deposit of a ridicules amount of R9000. So i decided i am cancelling the hole thing for they are just wasting my time. PROBLEM NR3 This is the one that me off the most got home did some banking on the internet and saw that Avis already took a deposit from my account without my consent. I then phoned them and asked what is this how can they take money the lady respond was and i quote "It is for the vehicle" what vehicle i cancelled the car why do you people take money that you are not entitled to? Had to call the bank to stop everything and was told by the bank also that i am not the first to complain about Avis and them just taking money.
