In mid-December 2012 I took my Fiat Strada bakkie to Fiat, Little Falls Branch to have the radiator & left headlight repaired. On Thursday 31st January 2013 I contacted Gerhard Coetzee informing him that I may be able to collect my bakkie on Saturday 2nd February (as they wouldn't deliver it). I arrived at Fiat Saturday morning & was informed that I wouldn't be able to collect my bakkie! When I spoke to Nico ("manager") he kept interrupting me before I could finish what I was saying-I had to ask him to let me finish. He said there was nothing that he could do as he didn't know where my bakkie was! Gerhard didn't mention any of what Nico was telling me the procedure for collection was. Eventually, Nico said that my bakkie would be delivered to me on Monday (4th February). This didn't happen even after following up with them- twice. When my bakkie was finally delivered on Tuesday I checked it & found that the left headlight was STILL NOT WORKING! I called Gerhard and gave him until Friday 8th February 12h00 to have this seen to. I am STILL WAITING.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO FIAT LITTLE FALLS BRANCH they are under N (ic) O management!
